Set Up Job Email Alerts

LinkedIn sends daily or weekly digests of new job postings matching your search criteria. These are the highest-volume source for most users.

1. Make sure that the email address you use for your LinkedIn account is the same one you are using to connect Email to dropzone
2. Go to linkedin.com/jobs and search for roles matching your target (e.g. "Product Manager" in "San Francisco")
3. On the search results page, toggle "Get job alerts for this search" at the bottom of the results
4. On the pop up that says "Your job alert was created", click on manage alerts
5. Click the pencil icon to edit and select alert frequency "Daily" for the best results
6. Repeat for each search you want to track

Built In curates tech jobs by city (Built In NYC, Built In SF, etc.) and sends daily email digests. Great for discovering startups and mid-size tech companies.

1. On builtin.com create a free account using the same email address you are using to connect Email to dropzone
2. Go to builtin.com/jobs and search for jobs matching your criteria
3. Click "Save Job Alert" above the search results page
4. On the pop up that says Saved to Job Preferences click manage
5. Set your alert preferences and choose daily frequency

Wellfound (formerly AngelList Talent) focuses on startup jobs. Email alerts surface roles at early-stage and growth companies you won't find on bigger boards.

1. Go to wellfound.com and select Sign Up. Use the same email address you are using to connect Email to dropzone and complete sign up
2. Go to wellfound.com/jobs and search for jobs matching your criteria
3. Make sure "Get job alerts for this search" is toggled on
4. Run multiple searches for job criteria you are interested in. Wellfound will use your search history to send relevant job alerts
5. Go to wellfound.com/profile/notifications and make sure job alerts & reminders are toggled on
